I grew up in the Northwest, but I’ve traveled all over the world, and I consider home to be the laughter and compassion shared between people.

I’m a 50/50 mix of introvert and extrovert. I like to write in the quiet and solitude of the morning, but also love to go parties where I don’t know anyone.

I’m a Scanner (from Barbara Sher’s Refuse to Choose!: Use All of Your Interests, Passions, and Hobbies to Create the Life and Career of Your Dreams), which basically means that I have a lot of interests and I’m okay not “picking one” and buckling down.

I LOVE reading, writing, baking, traveling, telling the truth, brainstorming, singing, and watching stand-up comedy.

During an especially introspective time in my life, I wrote Dear Artist to lovingly inspire myself and others to keep connecting to the creative spark inside of them.
