About Becca

As a coach, consultant, and facilitator I am dedicated to helping creative individuals, small businesses, and families engage more deeply in their lives. With over nine years of experience in coaching, my passion for increasing joy, connection and authentic expression continues to fuel my work.

In addition to coaching, I provide valuable expertise in various areas such as event management, project management, strategy and vision planning, organizational development, and business development.

I’m a Scanner (from Barbara Sher’s Refuse to Choose!: Use All of Your Interests, Passions, and Hobbies to Create the Life and Career of Your Dreams), which basically means that I have a lot of interests and skills and I’m okay not “picking one” and buckling down. One of my strengths is connectedness (from Strengthsfinders) and it’s always fun to see the ways in which seemingly disparate things are possibly related.

When I’m not reading the latest books on creativity, living a rich life, and amplifying the neurodiverse voice (I prefer neurospicy), I’m planning adventures with my friends and family.

I’m a 50/50 mix of introvert and extrovert. I like to write in the quiet and solitude of the morning, but also love to go parties where I don’t know anyone.

During an especially introspective time in my life, I wrote Dear Artist to lovingly inspire myself and others to keep connecting to the creative spark inside of them.
